If you are involved in a construction dispute or have recieved a payless notice, we will always advocate a negotiated settlement as the first port of call. If it is necessary to commence the adjudication process, as the referring party representative, we can help you prepare your claim, notice of adjudication, referral notice and application to the appropriate adjudicator nominating body.
